I had a tree that was hit by lightening months ago. A family member assured me that I had plenty of time to get it cut down. Turns out the tree died FAST!! On Thursday, October 28, 2021, Houston had super high winds that took down a lot of trees and knocked out power. I promised myself then and there that I would move forward with getting estimates to have the tree removed. Servin's Tree Care was recommended to me by a colleague. They provided the fastest and most-economical estimate for the tree removal and stump grinding. They scheduled our tree removal for the following Monday, November 1st. They had a crew of three and artfully removed the tree without incident within four hours. A neighbor of mine had a tree in very close proximity removed (the stump remains) and it took that company two full days to remove and they dropped all kind of debris onto my roof and carport. They run a well established operation. Had proof of insurance as requested with the quote, showed up properly geared with safety, did not make a lot of unnecessary yelling and noise. Worked the entire time besides a lunch break (could hear the saws). Jose and his crew were true professionals. Communication and coordination given the weather and my specific requests were top notch and pleasantly so. Sales/bid visit was best in class among other providers with over 100 reviews in 5-star category, he won't just tell you what he will do, he will point out exact branches and areas he will clear out in a way you cannot possibly misunderstand. They cared for my property and respected me and the property, as well as my neighbors' properties. They went out and put a tarp in the neighbor's property to prevent leaves and debris from making a mess by the pool and in the pool. Jose also accommodated all my other little requests and I am truly grateful to have found him and his company to do business with in the future! And all this while literally beating the competition pricing in some cases by a whole lot of difference. And the work they did was very clean and followed all proper previous agreements about various plants and trees to a t. Servin's Tree Care: Jose and his co-workers were at my residential place yesterday (06/28/2022) to get a tree cut down and left me so impressed and beyond my expectation as to how they handled everything, from the beginning to the end to complete the task in such a professional, friendly, and safe manner. They contacted me before they arrived, made it even ahead of time, cut the tree down as discussed, cleaned up the area as good as new (did even more than I expected), and did all these within an hour and left me amazed. They did all these at a very fair and competitive cost and I could not be more happier than this; a highly recommendable tree care service company and that's saying the least.
